60 MWp Baccini Line (SDI ID 98785)

On behalf of CIMER Italy, a 2008 vintage 60 MWp Baccini line including 2 Centrotherm E2000 horizontal furnaces, a Centrotherm Fast Firing Furnace, a Rofin laser and a Lotus Spray Cleaner

-Currently De-installed and located in Venice, Italy.
-Includes 2008 Baccini Solar Print line.
-Please refer to the attached list and photos for details.
-Can be inspected by appointment.

35 MWp Baccini Line (SDI ID 54859)

A 2005 vintage 35 MWp Baccini line, refurbished, upgraded and re-installed in 2010, including an Innolas laser, a Centrotherm E2000 horizontal furnace and a Centrotherm Fast Firing furnace.

-Currently de-installed and located in Malaysia.
-All the necessary manuals, software disks and support documents, as well as a stock of spare parts, are available with the line to make re-installation a simple task.
-Please refer to the attached list and photos for details.

-Can be inspected by appointment.

A 2005 vintage Roth and Rau SiNA PECVD system , for deposition of Silicon Nitride anti-reflection coating on solar cells, consisting of 5 modules (Load-lock, Heating, Depostion, Cooling Off and Load-lock).

-Currently de-installed and located in Temple, TX, USA.

Rena Wet Texturing System (SDI ID 57773)

A 2005 vintage Rena Wet Etcher, consisting of a process bath / input station, two H2O rinse baths, a KOH clean bath, an HCl/HF clean bath, and an air dryer / output station.

-Currently de-installed and located in Boerne, TX, USA.
