I graduated from Exeter University in 1981 in Modern Languages, and from Henley Management College in 2000 for my MBA,
specialising in company strategy and structure.
My career includes over 35 years’ experience in international management and consultancy.
My management roles have included running manufacturing facilities in West Africa and the Caribbean,
while my consultancy experience has focused on BPR/CM, feasibility studies and internal or commercial industrial troubleshooting.
The main industrial sectors I have worked in are medical devices, FMCG, pharmaceutical, power and other heavy industry,
and in recent years my role has focused on the acquisition and disposal of used industrial assets.
I have worked for British, American and German groups, and have also carried out a feasibility study project for the EU.
My career has taken me to over 100 countries and I have lived on 4 continents.
As well as English I speak French, Italian, German and Indonesian/Malay.
I was invited to join SDI Fabsurplus in March 2018 as Sales Manager for Europe, and am also active in markets further afield.
