The MaskWrite 800 is a flatbed laser imager, capable of high resolution direct write imaging on silver halide coated glass plates and resist coated glass plates, for areas up to 660mm x 800mm

Rigid temperature control of the MaskWrite environment, dynamic focus tracking and closed loop positioning control ensures excellent placement and overlay performance over
the entire write area.

The systems are designed for the reliable production of large area photomasks down to the sub-micron size range. They are perfectly suited to quick turnaround mask applications such as high density interconnects, shadow masks, flat panel displays, chemical milling, etc. All three systems include metrology capabilities for process control or measurement reports of the final photomask, and can be configured with dual path optics for chrome and emulsion exposures. Other options include automatic handling system, grey level exposure and real time data conversion.
