The MMS-X (Manual Molding System) is the manual version of the AMS-X (Auto Molding System). It has a new developed plate press.

It is designed very compact and rigid in order to make a very high quality product without bleeds . It features 4 separately controlled clamp modules that makes ure there is a high and homogenous clamp force over the product.

The MMS-X has been designed to allow changes in molding process parameters, so as you can optimise them as you go along. You can run small production batches or offline mold cleaning. It has been designed for low cost product development and for finding out the process window of a product. Once you worked out the best parameters, they can be copied to an automatic molding system for full production. The molds  molds can be used on both the MMS-X and AMS-X.

The MMS-X has a user friendly UI design which allows operators to switch over to an automatic system quickly.
