Comments:	-Still installed -Not currently operational -See attached photos for details -Fitted with 1 x 300 mm FOUP and 1 x 200 mm FOUP. -was refurbished by a 3rd party in 2009, and installed at the current location Known broken parts:- Bright Field laser: Hene 7mW laser PS is dead (Model: 103-2300-6-2 194016). -CPU board has been replaced due to the computer was not booting up. -The computer boots up now, but no beam has been obtained yet, due to a suspected wiring issue, which has not yet been diagnosed.
