-Karl Suss MA8/BA8 mask aligner for sale
-The system was originally purchased in 2011 for around 350,000 Euro
-The system was used infrequently for R and D from 2012 up until it was de-commissioned by a Suss trained engineer in 2022. Prior to removal, it was tested and found to be fully functional during the pre-deinstallation checks.
The equipment was then removed from the cleanroom and placed in a vacuum sealed barrier bag with moisture absorbant and then crated.
The machine is therefore in excellent condition.
It has Eu voltage setup and a CE Safety mark.
Attached are 2 photos showing:-
1. The machine as it was situated in the cleanroom, prior to de-installation
2. The machine wrapped up in plastic prior to moving out of the cleanroom and crating.

I can offer to sell you this tool either in "as is" condition, or else refurbished.

We used the machine to process 6” (and 3”) 1.5mm thick round glass wafers. The Mask holders are therefore for square 7” and 4” masks.
 
Additional to the process where we exposed masks, we also used the Machine in an SMILE Process where we aligned and glued two 1.5mm glass Wafers together.
