The chamber was damaged during shipment as follows:-
1) UMM source was damaged by external force and UMM source alignment was
shifted and UMM source feedthrough also damaged and shifted
2) Chamber source (UMM) and chamber body also have distortion and mis-
alignment - it will affect wafer sliding and process result out of spec
3) The connections between these two(UMM source and body) would be suspect
for deforming, cracking/ breakage
• Gas lines are of particular concern of contamination
• Chamber vacuum was broken, the chamber should be kept high vacuum
during chamber delivery
4) Arm weldment and pillow block also minor gap and this mean arm also affected
and be distorted and concern of vacuum leak
5) Water fitting damage (scratched with force) have risk of water leak during
circulation
