The amount of the bid submitted for each lot must be equal to or higher than the reserve price.
The minimum total bid is $7,500 USD.

SDI-Fabsurplus, in Association with Hilco Industrial, requests your participation in an Online Auction of a complete, late-model, GaN-on-Sapphire Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Pilot line.

We are now accepting bids on-line. The auction will end on 21 OCTOBER 2020 at 6:00AM GMT – 14:00 (CHINA) – 15:00 Korea – 01:00 AM PST

The equipment is all still installed in the cleanroom in Daegu , Korea, and can be inspected by appointment. All the equipment has been decontaminated. We can assist with the dismantling, packaging and shipping.
